Call Costs Explained

When active agents make calls the cost of the calls are deducted from your call credit. Calls are charged per second in accordance with our full rate card and subject to 1p minimum charge.

Connection Charges:

For users on the Bronze PAYG and Silver package, each call made by an active agent will also incur a 2.5 pence connection charge. Users of the Gold and Platinum package are not charged connection charges for calls. Teams making high volumes of calls should consider Gold or Platinum packages with no connection costs.

Active Agents Explained

Aside from the Bronze PAYG option all package prices are a per active agent monthly fee. Active agents mean the number of agents able to concurrently make calls. You set how many active agents you require on signing up. Your monthly package cost will be the amount of active agents you set X’s the package monthly fee. You can have as many agents as you like setup in your account but your account will only allow for the amount of active agents you set to be able to make calls.

How And When You Pay

You pay in advance each month for the amount of active agents you require on your chosen package. Payments are taken on the 1st each month from your chosen payment method. The initial payment will be pro-rata until the end of the first month.

Changing The Amount Of Active Agents On Your Account

You can increase or decrease the amount of active agents on your account through the account dashboard at any time to suit your campaign needs.

If you increase the amount of active agents on your account part way through a month you will need to make a pro-rata payment for the increase until the end of the month. If you decrease the amount of active agents on your account part way through a month you won’t be refunded for the reduction but the amount taken at the start of the next month will reflect the lesser amount.

Call Credit Explained

The calls your active agents make are paid for in advance by purchasing call credit

Call credit can be purchased in increments of £10. The minimum amount of call credit that can be purchased at one time is £10. The maximum amount of call credit that can be purchased in advance is £100. You can choose to automatically have your chosen payment method debited every time your call credit account reaches £0 to ensure you always have call credit available for your active agents to use.

Alternatively if you’d like to keep a tighter rein on costs choose not to make automatic payments and we’ll alert you by email when call credit reaches an amount set by you.

LeanCall cannot refund any unused credit. Unused call credit expires after a period of 45 days.

Cancellation

There’s no need to cancel your account with LeanCall, just downgrade your account to the Bronze PAYG package and you won’t be charged unless you use it.

Termination

Customers should be aware that accounts without any activity (paid subscription or calls made) for a period of 365 days or more will have their account terminated with immediate effect and will lose any call recordings made.
