How does it work?

LeanCall is operated through a web browser, which means that all agents need to begin using the programme is a computer with a headset and an internet connection.

There are two ways in which LeanCall can be use; as an agent or as a manager. Both, again, need only a telephone and internet connection to operate, which is great news for outbound sales companies employing agents remotely.

Similarities do exist between manager and agent database but, as you’d expect, the manager interface offers more control over campaigns. Using LeanCall, managers can tweak certain aspects of the outbound sales project, including the script and which agents are assigned to it. It basically gives managers an overview of everything that is going on regarding a sales campaign, as well as the power to make changes should they be deemed necessary.

For agents, the LeanCall interface has been designed to be as lean as possible. Again it features the script, but this time it can’t be changed. It also has a box where agents can input notes on how the call goes, including information on when to call the customer back.

The LeanCall interface has been put together with two objectives in mind: giving outbound sales managers control, and giving agents the time and space, free from administrative tasks, to make a large number of productive calls.
